Pet Fee (nonrefundable):  $300/ pets under 30lbs; $500 pets over 30lbs

$200/ second pet fee

Pet Rent:  $40 first pet/ $15 second pet

Puppy Fee (refundable at move out): $500/ dogs under 12 months of age
